Are the start and rego times correct? They are lot earlier than last year.

They are 30 minutes earlier.  We have found that in an attempt to avoid cars, we need to start a bit earlier.

This years Duaths seem to be 90mins earlier. WSTC usually start the Winter Duaths at 9am. It will only just be light at 7.30am. You’ll be ‘setting up’ and ‘trying to warm up’ in the dark. Traffic could be a problem in the dark and it will be freezing.

hmm Maybe I made a mistake.

We were to have a committee meeting last night where I was going to bring this up.

I’ll shoot an email to the committee to find out

Ripper Race on Monday!
A big thanks to everyone that helped on the day and congrats to all of our competitors in what was certainly a quality, if not quantity field.
Yes, the start time does make it a bit tougher to get out of bed, but I think it is a winner with the reduced traffic and getting home an hour earlier is a big plus for some of us!
Hope to see you all there again in a few weeks for our next race on the 27th of June.
Cheers
Peter Whyte
