	News 24 Aug 2011 - Freestyle Workshop + Weekly Squad 17th and 25th September. Vinnie and Kevin at the Mason st pool (cnr Mills) in Newport / Altona Freestyle Workshop scheduled for the 17th and 25th September. They now do a swim squad for Triathletes. Tuesday and Thursday 5.30-7.00am Saturday 6.00-7.00am Cost $95.00 for a 10 Swim card plus $3.30 entry fee to pool They have a record for getting good results for Open Water Swimmers and Triathletes. Try them out. Additional INFO `````````````````````` Before the season kicks off Swimming and Fitness Altona is running a Swimming Workshop for all interested participants. The workshop will run over two weekends . I will provide a lecture on the Biomechanics of freestyle plus notes. You will receive an analysis of your stroke technique from qualified swim coaches I will also be providing a photo and video analysis which will help you look at your stroke technique.
