Volunteer Roster
The ability to have club races through the year is what makes Western Suburbs Triathlon Club quite special. Many clubs are not able to hold “club races” due to safety issues or location problems. I believe club races are what makes this club unique and the chance to race against our fellow club members and against the clock should be seen as somewhat of a privilege compared to many other triathlon clubs. We need help from our members to keep the race going
We would like each member (or nominee) to help out once a year. Have a look at the attached duty list and nominate your turn - You can substitute someone else for your turn if they agree. The role of duty is a very important and integral part of how the Western Suburbs Triathlon club is able to provide club races to its members. Therefore duty needs to be treated seriously so that the club races can function smoothly and without incident.
There is information attached listing all of the required responsibilities for the Transition, bike and run duties on club race day. Please read these carefully as they outline where witches hats are to be placed, where signage is to be placed and where marshals should stand in order to maximize safety.
We would like you to determine which race and what function you can help us with. Please advise Noel McMahon at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
